About the Author
Jennifer Degenhardt has been teaching high school Spanish for over 20 years, the last decade of which she's spent encouraging entry level classes whose students present with speech-language challenges in English, never mind those that crop up while learning Spanish! For her there is nothing better when a reluctant or language-challenged learner finally "gets it," even to a small degree. For sure she loves the Spanish language (which she learned as an exchange student to Bolivia in high school), but the connection to people is what drives her instruction.
